    Stray should need no introduction, becoming a bit of a veteran in Leeds and somewhat of a music genius, bringing full chordal flavours and new school beats, 2013 has seen an official launch of his new collab project with Sabre and Halogenix, ‘Ivy Lab’, already setting the standard with one of the tracks of last year ‘Oblique’. Listen up for their new single with Frank Carter III, ‘Afterthought’ which is accompanied by a video which perfectly matches up to the beauty of the track itself!

    Today we’re still determined as ever to provide cutting edge dance music across bass heavy genres. Our focus is on creating a platform for local talent and promoting alternative artists that we believe in to deliver the highest quality dance floor ready music.

    Jimmy Edgar LIVE

    Endowed with a supernatural feel for futuristic funk, the Detroit native has been bleeping and grinding since he was a teenager. While his peers were worrying about their grades and popularity, Edgar was spinning alongside his hometown’s DJ heroes and programming intricate beats that were unquestionably interplanetary communication disguised as dance music.

    In 2001 at the tender of 18, his hyper-sexed microchip stylings caught the ear of Warp, where he cranked out his brand of amped-up laptop funk for the next eight years, culminating in the full-length classic ’Color Strip’. XXX (released July 2010 on !K7) with its New Jack Swing winked as much at Minneapolis, Compton and Paris as it does Detroit or Berlin.

    On March 17 Jimmy Edgar released his first new material in nearly two years, and his debut for Hotflush, MAJENTA, with the single “This One’s For The Children”. Jimmy’s white hot new live show featuring synced LED strips is now booking.

    With his critically acclaimed series of self-titled white label vinyl presses and remixes for Radiohead and SBTRKT amongst others, Objekt has created quite a storm across the electronic dance music spectrum.     We are also proud to welcome back DAN ISITT to the Leeds circuit -a brilliant, yet underrated House DJ. Specialising in Chicago & Detroit House, ISITT will play a 90s Garage / House set, having recently switched onto vinyl to keep the organic element to his music. Previously playing for underground heroes A RAVE CALLED SHARON and winning the 2010 BIGGER THAN BARRY DJ competition, make sure you keep an eye out for him this year!

    Completing the DJ bill, London-based Fullfat resident CHINO makes the trip back up to follow on from our headliner with a vast selection spanning from 80s & Disco to Garage, House & future Bass Music, favouring labels such as Hessle Audio, Night Slugs, Lucky Me & Swamp 81. After smashing his set at Dilation & Friends we had to bring him up again. Electric paced on the mixing front, inventive with selection, CHINO comes highly recommended! 

    Hosting the night, we welcome back resident masters SPLINTER & ANX. Starting with Fullfat, SPLINTER continues to make his mark, earning residencies for VBZ, Jungle Jam & Brotherhood; hyping crowds whenever necessary & diversifying his style, hosting huge acts on the Greensdale stage at Beacons. Developing his own distinctive swagger over alternative genres, ANX has been with Fullfat from the very start, drawing influences everywhere from House & Techno to Grime – he will be back in town to complement the DJs with his unique style.

    Subdub is undoubtedly one of the biggest dub reggae nights in the UK. Championing the sounds of Dub Reggae, Drum & Bass, Dubstep, and other bass driven genres, it truly has become a household name within the scene. It remains to push the boundaries by constantly and consistently providing heavyweight soundsystems, top quality DJs, and pure vibes.
